MyWoodenWedding, part of B.A. Concept SARL (France), provides service to you subject to the following terms of service, which may be updated by us from time to time without specific notice to you. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website, including users who contribute information, ideas, and other materials or services on the Website. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

By using and/or visiting the MyWoodenWedding.com website , you consent to both these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. MyWoodenWedding cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.

Modifications to the website; Inaccuracy disclaimer

MyWoodenWedding reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you at any time. MyWoodenWedding shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any part of our Website. This includes, but is not limited to, discontinuance of products and modification of prices.

This Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. The information on the Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell products described on the Website. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or a promotion is incorrectly applied, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.


MyWoodenWedding may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately terminate your MyWoodenWedding account and access to the Website and any other MyWoodenWedding services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breach or violation of any of these Terms of Service, and/or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) request by any law enforcement or government agency; (c) request of the account owner or its authorized agent; (d) extended period of inactivity; (e) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (f) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Website or any other MyWoodenWedding product. Further, you agree that MyWoodenWedding shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Website.

Ability to accept Terms of Service

You affirm that (i) you are either 18 years of age or older, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into this agreement, (ii) that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and (iii) you understand and will comply with all of these Terms of Service.

MyWoodenWedding is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the MyWoodenWedding Website.

General Terms

By using MyWoodenWedding services, you agree that the Commercial Court of TOURS (located in FRANCE), without regards to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and MyWoodenWedding website.

MyWoodenWedding reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice, which shall take effect upon posting to the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service for any changes. Your use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms of Service will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.

Review of order and proofs is your responsibility

We offer proofing services whereby we may adjust your text for layout, sizing and spacing. Each order generates a manual proofing service during which MyWoodenWedding staff will provide you with a digital proof for approval before any engraving or printing begins.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. So we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of each order before engraving or printing.

Any reproduction resulting from anomalies or errors that you have not reported, or that you have reported after your approval of the artwork proof and therefore after the production has been started, will be fully charged to you.

You are responsible for datas and files sent to MyWoodenWedding

All elements of any kind that belong to you and sent to MyWoodenWedding are not guaranteed against any risk, notably against deterioration, accident, loss. These elements must be insured by you, and it is recommended that you keep a full copy of any element transmitted to MyWoodenWedding.

You explicitly declare that you are the holder of all intellectual property rights of elements sent to MyWoodenWedding. You also declare that the use of these elements don't affect third-party rights, in particular literary and artistic property rights, industrial property rights, and that you received all necessary authorizations for it. Therefore, you agree that you are entirely responsible for any complaint and/or procedure, of any kind and nature, against MyWoodenWedding, and that would be directly or indirectly related to the elements sent by you to MyWoodenWedding. Consequently, you explicitly agree to pay to the claimant any amount that MyWoodenWedding would be required to settle; if necessary, you also agree to voluntarily intervene in any proceeding against MyWoodenWedding, and you guarantee MyWoodenWedding against any reclamation nor sentence against the website in that case.

Wood working and engraving particularities

Wood is a living and natural material. By entrusting us with your project, you agree that aspect differences may appear between two same products. Each piece is unique and authentic:  the nodes, the ribs, the color variations, are the witnesses of the history of each tree.

The aspect of wood may affect the aspect and intensity of engraving.

In the event of refusal of the products received, based on wood aspect interpretation or engraving intensity resulting from it, any reproduction ask by you will be fully rebilled to you.

Consequently, wood aspect or engraving intensity interpretations cannot constitute valid reasons for payment refusal nor for refund request.

Before payment of the order, you are asked to confirm that you read and agreed on the information page "About us & our products" regarding wood working and engraving particularities.

Delivery of goods

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during your order placement.

Products are made in France. The delivery time, from the moment the goods are shipped from MyWoodenWedding's factory, can take approximately one week depending on the place of delivery, and depending on the conditions of delivery that are outside the responsibility of MyWoodenWedding. The information about delivery time on the website or during your exchanges with MyWoodenWedding's staff are indicative only, they are not legally binding.

A delay in delivery can't be a valid cause of action to ask for the cancellation of your order, refund or any restitution.

At the time of delivery, you have to :

  • check the condition and the quantity of the goods received; open the package in the presence of the deliverer, if necessary.
  • formulate reservations on the delivery receipt about any transportation damage noticed (specify nature and importance of damage), and take pictures if necessary for transmission to MyWoodenWedding.

You have to inform MyWoodenWedding about any abnormal delay in delivery, or in case of non-delivery of the products after a reasonable waiting period. MyWoodenWedding will check with the carrier. If the investigation process leads to confirm irreversible loss of the goods, MyWoodenWedding will resend you the order in question, with no additional fees for you.

Abnormal use of the product is your responsibility

You are responsible for any damage resulting from an abnormal use of the products bought on MyWoodenWedding website.
